Deus, cujus UnigenitusO God, whose only-begotten Son,

per vitam, mortem et resurrectionem suamby His life, death, and resurrection,

nobis salutis æternæ præmia comparavit:has purchased for us the rewards of eternal life:

concede, quæsumus:grant, we beseech Thee,

ut hæc mysteria sacratissimo beatæ Mariæ Virginis Rosario recolentes,that meditating upon these mysteries of the most holy Rosary of the Blessed Virgin Mary,

et imitemur quod continent,we may imitate what they contain

et quod promittunt assequamur.and obtain what they promise.
