⁴Quod si dixerit Idumæa: Destructi sumus,But if Idumea will say, “We have been destroyed,sed revertentes ædificabimus quæ destructa sunt:but when we return, we will build up what has been destroyed,”hæc dicit Dominus exercituum:thus says the Lord of hosts:Isti ædificabunt,They will build up,et ego destruam:and I will destroy.et vocabuntur termini impietatis,And they will be called “The limits of impiety,” and,et populus cui iratus est Dominus usque in æternum.“The people with whom the Lord has been angry, even to eternity.”
