¹⁰nubes quoque recessit quæ erat super tabernaculum:Likewise, the cloud which was over the tabernacle withdrew.et ecce Maria apparuit candens lepra quasi nix.And behold, Miriam appeared to be white with a leprosy, like snow.Cumque respexisset eam Aaron,And when Aaron had looked upon her,et vidisset perfusam lepra,and he had seen the spreading of the leprosy,

¹²ne fiat hæc quasi mortua,Do not let this one be like one who is dead,et ut abortivum quod projicitur de vulva matris suæ:or like an abortion that has been cast from the womb of her mother.ecce jam medium carnis ejus devoratum est a lepra.Behold, half of her flesh is already consumed by leprosy.”

Let her be separated,separetur septem diebus extra castra,outside the camp, for seven days, and after that,et postea revocabitur.she will be called back.”
