³qui loquitur veritatem in corde suo:He who speaks the truth in his heart,qui non egit dolum in lingua sua,who has not acted deceitfully with his tongue,nec fecit proximo suo malum,and has not done evil to his neighbor,et opprobrium non accepit adversus proximos suos.and has not taken up a reproach against his neighbors.
