2Afferte Domino gloriam et honorem;Bring to the Lord, glory and honor.afferte Domino gloriam nomini ejus;Bring to the Lord, glory for his name.adorate Dominum in atrio sancto ejus.Adore the Lord in his holy court.

3Vox Domini super aquas;The voice of the Lord is over the waters.Deus majestatis intonuit:The God of majesty has thundered.Dominus super aquas multas.The Lord is over many waters.

4Vox Domini in virtute;The voice of the Lord is in virtue.vox Domini in magnificentia.The voice of the Lord is in magnificence.

5Vox Domini confringentis cedros,The voice of the Lord shatters the cedars.et confringet Dominus cedros Libani:And the Lord will shatter the cedars of Lebanon.

6et comminuet eas,And it will break them into pieces,tamquam vitulum Libani,like a calf of Lebanon,et dilectus quemadmodum filius unicornium.and in the same way as the beloved son of the single-horned beast.

7Vox Domini intercidentis flammam ignis;The voice of the Lord cuts through the flame of fire.

8vox Domini concutientis desertum:The voice of the Lord shakes the desert.et commovebit Dominus desertum Cades.And the Lord will quake the desert of Kadesh.

9Vox Domini præparantis cervos:The voice of the Lord is preparing the stags,et revelabit condensa,and he will reveal the dense woods.et in templo ejus omnes dicent gloriam.And in his temple, all will speak his glory.

10Dominus diluvium inhabitare facit,The Lord causes the great flood to dwell.et sedebit Dominus rex in æternum.And the Lord will sit as King in eternity.

11Dominus virtutem populo suo dabit;The Lord will give virtue to his people.Dominus benedicet populo suo in pace.The Lord will bless his people in peace.
