In finem.Unto the end.Psalmus David.A Psalm of David.Judica me,Judge me,Domine, quoniam ego in innocentia mea ingressus sum,Lord, for I have been walking in my innocence,et in Domino sperans non infirmabor.and by hoping in the Lord, I will not be weakened.

Proba me,Examine me,Domine,Lord,et tenta me;and test me:ure renes meos et cor meum.enkindle my temperament and my heart.

Quoniam misericordia tua ante oculos meos est,For your mercy is before my eyes,et complacui in veritate tua.and I am serene in your truth.

Non sedi cum concilio vanitatis,I have not sat with the council of emptiness,et cum iniqua gerentibus non introibo.and I will not enter with those who carry out injustice.

Odivi ecclesiam malignantium,I have hated the assembly of the malicious;et cum impiis non sedebo.and I will not sit with the impious.

Lavabo inter innocentes manus meas,I will wash my hands among the innocent,et circumdabo altare tuum, and I will surround your altar,Domine:O Lord,

ut audiam vocem laudis,so that I may hear the voice of your praiseet enarrem universa mirabilia tua.and describe all your wonders.

Domine,O Lord, dilexi decorem domus tuæ,I have loved the beauty of your houseet locum habitationis gloriæ tuæ.and the dwelling place of your glory.

Ne perdas cum impiis, Deus, animam meam, et cum viris sanguinum vitam meam:O God, do not let my soul perish with the impious, nor my life with the men of blood,

in quorum manibus iniquitates sunt;in whose hands are iniquities:dextera eorum repleta est muneribus.their right hand has been filled by bribes.

Ego autem in innocentia mea ingressus sum;But as for me, I have been walking in my innocence.redime me,Redeem me,et miserere mei.and have mercy on me.

Pes meus stetit in directo; My foot has stood firm in the straight path.in ecclesiis benedicam te,In the churches, I will bless you,Domine.O Lord.
